Having been ultra-sporty since she was a child – she did classical dance for 10 years and have been a member of the Racing club de France for 20 years (Lagardère Paris Racing) - sport is her life.
She has a BPJEPS certificate (Brevet professionnel de la jeunesse, de l'éducation populaire et du sport – professional diploma of youth work, popular education and sport).
After meeting a Pilates instructor, a whole new body approach was “set in motion” and working with various postural exercise instructors helped her develop a technique based on working the transverse abdominal muscle.
Throughout the years, she´s had the opportunity to work with leading figures in the world of fashion, politics and business. From a quick look at their posture, she identify the specific nature of the work she´s going to do: nothing is standardised, everything is adapted to each person’s physical condition and their lifestyle and habits. These exceptional people have worked their brains intensely over the years, often to the detriment of their bodies. This is where she comes in, by reconnecting body and mind.
